2 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa Card, MasterCard and American Express Cards. We also accept PayPal payments. A direct deposit may be made into The Eyewear Boutique's Business Account.
3 What is your return policy?
We are happy to refund or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receipt date. Please refer to our Returns Policy.
4 Once I have paid for my order, what is your dispatch process?
Your funds will be deposited into our account within 1-2 days of your electronic process. You will receive a receipt instantly. A unique Express Post number will be emailed to you to trace your parcel. The goods will be delivered to your stated address within 1 day of this process (within Australia).
5 How will I receive my order?
We use the service of Australia Post. They offer fast and reliable Express Post Platinum Service. You will receive your delivery guaranteed overnight. A signature is required as an extra security measure. You may log onto the Australia Post Tracking site to monitor your parcel.
6 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, International orders will be shipped using Australia Post International Parcel services.
7 Do I have to become a member?
Yes, we prefer member-based shopping.
8 What if I forget my password?
As you are signing in you will be given the opportunity to retrieve your password. An email is sent to your address advising you of your lost password.
9 What happens if I receive faulty goods?
We will require for you to return the goods immediately and you will receive a replacement order.
10 What is the manufacturer’s warranty policy?
Any frame you purchase from The Eyewear Boutique has a one year Warranty from the manufacturer from the date of purchase. The warranty does not apply if the goods purchased from this website were mishandled by the wearer.
11 Can I claim my optical frame under my Health Insurance?
Yes, we are an authorised Optical Dispensing Provider with a provider number registered with most Health Funds. You will be able to claim for your optical frame purchased from our website.
12 How can I claim for my optical frame online?
Once you have paid and received your goods you may register online to your Health Fund. You will then be guided through the health fund site to register and then claim for your optical frames.
